How Do I Book Online?

- Select the date of your event and begin adding available items to your cart
- Check Out to send us your booking reservation request
- We will be in touch to confirm the details of your booking and provide your invoice and contract for review.
- Your items are officially reserved once your $100 security retainer is paid

When should I place my rental request?

We recommend you book in advance as much as possible to ensure we can properly coordinate your rental experience.
For online requests less than 48 hours please call to confirm availability.

*Please note: for bookings 10 days or less from event date, full payment is due to secure your items

Can I pick up my items?

Currently we mainly offer delivery of our items. However, dependent on your requested rental items (some items are not eligible), we may be able to coordinate a pick up/return option for you.

We serve Royersford, Collegeville, Phoenixville, Pottstown, King of Prussia and surrounding areas in Chester and Montgomery County. Your delivery fee will depend on distance. On the day of your event we will deliver your items to the venue location and pick up the items at the conclusion of the event or other wise discussed.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Your are welcome to cancel your rental reservation at anytime, however, cancellations within 7 days of the event date will forfeit their Security Retainer fee.

What happens if rental items get damaged or stained during my event?

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms related to damage. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Is set up included?

Only certain rental items include set up, like our flower walls, backdrops and bundled packages. Please refer to the rental item description to know if set-up is included.
Set up services can be purchased for items that does not include.

How long is the rental?

You reserve your rentals on a per day basis. We deliver to your event the morning of and pick up at the conclusion. Our main goal is to accommodate you as much as possible and as such we can discuss any concerns and requests about pick up and drop off exceptions.
